We are sure that you will love your Muskoka Chair as much as we do but if you change your mind the following regulations give consumers certain rights and protection when they shop for goods 'at a distance':

Consumer Rights Act 2015

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 UK customers have the right to cancel their order at any time from placing the order until 14 days after the customer receives the order. This does not apply to assembled items that have been made to order.

To conform with the Act a customer who wishes to cancel an order must notify us by e-mai, telephone or postl:

Please ensure you include your name, address and contact telephone number.

If the goods have already been received by you, you must return them to us at your expense in the original condition and packaging. When we receive your written cancellation notice we will contact you regarding the return of the goods. If we receive damaged goods we will not be able to refund the cost of the goods to you unless it is clear that the damage has been done in transit. Providing that the goods are received in good condition we will refund the cost of the goods within 14 days by the original payment method.

Warranty

For chairs assembled by ourselves we offer a 3 year warranty against defects in materials or assembly as a result of normal use of the furniture. Defects are any faults that affect your use of the chair, . However as this product is made of wood, some surface cracks and weathering should be expected and would not be deemed to be a defect. If you feel that the chair has developed a defect you should email or telephone us in the first instance to explain what the problem is (email is preferred as photos would be helpful). We will then consult with you as to a suitable way forward. This warranty will only cover repair or replacement of the defective furniture.

With regard to the kits, we will replace damaged or defective parts up to one month after the date of purchase. We offer a 1 year warranty against defects of the wood (defects are any faults that affect your use of the chair). We are unable to offer the same duration of warranty we provide for chairs assembled and finished by ourselves, as we cannot be assured that the instructions in respect of assembling and finishing the furniture are adhered to.
