Deluxe Western Red Cedar Muskoka Chair & Foostool Kit & Head Cushion

The Cedar Chair is the same size as our Grande Pine Chair, both are slightly larger than our Regular Pine Chair. The kit contains all of the parts in British Columbia Western Red Cedar, sanded and countersunk screw holes. You may want to sand it some more to really round the edges, or just screw it together, finish it and enjoy it! Not to be confused with European Redwood which is a variety of Pine and needs to be pressure treated for longevity. Western Red Cedar is far superior to Redwood and Larch. See 'Our Chairs' for more information about Western Red Cedar. Cedar naturally has different shades from dark to light. For example if you see the arm in the photo has a light streak in it, this is completely natural as our arms are made from one piece of wood. The beauty of our Chairs is that each one will be unique because of the different colour tones and grain patterns that naturally occur with Western Red Cedar.. The photos show the Cedar in it's natural state, when you put oil on it transforms the wood making it look richer in colour. Now comes with a Western Red Cedar Footstool Kit and a Head Cushion (we will contact you to check which design you want).

The kit comes in a box and shows it is Made in Canada. It would make a great gift or if you get satisfaction from making things this kit is perfect for you. Assembly takes 1-2 hours although the record is 29 minutes. Don't forget you are making a piece of furniture not assembling a flat pack so take your time and enjoy it!

In European measurements: Height - 96cm; Width - 78cm; Depth - 91cm
